I’ve found the sneakers I want but can’t select my size
Midnight Soles tries their best to get as many sizes as we can get, but unfortunately, we either don't have your size in stock or your size has already sold out.

Has my order been sent yet ?
Most orders are shipped either the same day or the next day when the order was placed. If your shoes haven't shipped in 3 days or more, please email us. The information is at the bottom of this page.

If part of your order is missing, please contact us and we'll quickly find a solution.

Which methods of payments can I use?
We accept Debit/ Credit cards on the website. If you would like to pay in any other form please contact us.

Is it safe to order online?
This website was made using Wix so your card info, address, emails, etc. are all safe.

Are my shoes authentic?
All sneakers sold are 100% authentic. Midnight Sole employees check every detail of the shoe and shoe box to make sure of that.

Can I track my order ?
Midnight Soles will give you your UPS tracking number once the label is made. If not then please contact us by scrolling down and we will fix the problem.

You’ve sent me the wrong items
This will most likely never happen, but on the very rare occasion it does, we will notify you before hand.

What if my shoes don't fit me?

Unfortunately, we do not take refunds if the shoe doesn't fit, but if you get the shoe and you decides it's not for you, as long as it's not worn or damaged, you will get a 80% refund.

Delivery - How much is it and how long does it take?
The shipping cost all depends on where you live. Usually the UPS shipping price is no more than $30, but if you buy over $220 worth of product, shipping is free.
